U.S. EXPORT INSPECTIONS
The U.S. Agriculture Department reported export inspections in 1000 bushels as follows:

Corn and soybean inspections were well over trade expectations. Japan was the major buyer of corn, purchasing just over 19 million bushels. Egypt bought almost 4 mb. Major buyers of soybeans were the Netherlands 4.2 mb and Spain 2.9 mb. Wheat inspections came in below trade expectations, but still were respectable number: Egypt was the major buyer at 9.6 mb and Japan was second with 1.7 mb.
