Tom Horton

He graduated in 1975 from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agricultural Economics, with emphasis on Business. After serving his Army obligation as an officer he started his career in the Farm Credit System with stops in Childress and Munday, TX, Clayton, N.M., and Guymon, OK., where he was in charge of feedlot lending. In 1981 he moved to Chicago to begin his career in commodities, which he is still involved in today. In Chicago he specialized in live cattle, trading in the live cattle pit as a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Since 1986 Tom has made his home in Amarillo, TX. where he resides with his wife, Cindy.
Tom now covers 20 different markets using his cycle and seasonal analysis to determine the trends of the markets. His Horton Market Letters are published twice monthly and feature cycle trades in both agricultural commodities and financial markets. These letters can be viewed free on a trial basis for several months by emailing or calling Tom.
