(August 14, 1997) ORANGE JUICE: Well. Do you find yourself wondering if this report was leaked prior to its issuance? September OJ sold off 975 points prior to the report to a 960-point lower close. Estimates on the report are for production to be between 230-235 million 90 lb. boxes. Anything outside that range should give the market some incentive.
RECOMMENDATION–Stay on the sidelines awaiting a bounce, as recent trade took all of the fat out of the move. Eventual objective is new lows, possibly to the 6500 area.
