(November 28, 1997) STOCK INDICES: VALUE LINE–Close to getting buy signals here, and with limited trading hours today (Friday) we hope it doesn't come now since the thinness of the market could distort our mathematical indicators. All of our longer-term indicators are in disarray, some continuing to point to new highs while others are calling for a major bear market, so we will have to wait and see what develops.
