(November 21, 1997) STOCK INDICES: VALUE LINE–Still no signal, and given the volatility, perhaps that is just as well. On the one hand we hate not being in this market, given its potential for profit, but then we remind ourselves of its potential for loss as well. We are getting closer to a new buy signal, but then we are very close to sell signals too. This is a waiting game right now, so we'll do just that: watch and wait.
