(November 14, 1997) SOYBEANS: Good longs just closed out and an immediate re-entry despite somewhat overbought conditions. Beans are picking up some strength from soy oil and uncertainties about the weather conditions in Brazil.

SOY OIL–Our longs here continue to mount profits as analysts said the El Nino effect will have the most influence in this market. Rumors of Chinese buying helped prices too.
