(November 7, 1997) ENERGY COMPLEX: CRUDE–Unless one has been in a coma this past week, the Iraqi situation is well known and should begin to push prices up, assuming Saddam doesn't suddenly back down from his intransigence. With Iraq in the market, there are plentiful supplies of oil, but without them, we have a fairly bullish supply situation.
