(November 7, 1997) STOCK INDICES: VALUE LINE–Nothing new here, and given the wide swings, that is probably just as well. A serious advertising campaign by the Kansas City Board of Trade, promoting the Value Line and the Mini may increase trading volume, giving us better fills in the future. For now, though, we will simply stay on the sidelines and wait for our indicators to give us new signals in whichever direction.
