This is the third issue of Consensus that has been put online. The difference with this issue is that it is going up during the weekend of the release of our print issue. Our Web-Master has been instructed to format and put this issue up in a certain 'order' so that we release material as prescribed by some of our valued contributors. The order of upload may be changed in future issues.
The material will start going up on June 13th and will be uploaded in sections at various times through out the weekend. Check back several times.
This is the third stage of our plan to put this paper on line. Our thanks to all that have filled out our on-line survey. Valuable suggestions have been incorporated into this third issue to go online. If you have not filled out our survey - please do so after reviewing our June 13th issue (or the May 9th issue).
