(November 30, 1999) CATTLE: The cattle market is fighting opposing forces. The supply side, much like hogs, says that there is too much beef to sustain current levels. The cash market and the demand side says otherwise as cash prices have bid up to .73 recently. There is strong psychological resistance between .71 and .72. A close above .72 should start a quick technical rally to at least the 76-77 level.
