941-594-3939(March 1, 2002) FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS: U.S. TREASURY BONDS--There are some very powerful cycles due to culminate for T-bonds during the coming month. There is a culmination of two major cycles for the U.S. March 10-11. Pluto, ruling planet for bonds, will turn retrograde on March 20. It is usually bearish for the ruling planet of a market to go retrograde. Additionally, a negatively biased helio Saturn 180 to Pluto will go exact on March 30. An ideal scenario would be for T-bonds to rally into March 20 and thereby setup a good sell opportunity leading to a low March 30.
