(March 26, 2002) SUGAR: The sugar chart has taken on a more attractive aspect, but sugar is also approaching overhead resistance that could cap this rally. Trade was quiet, with producer selling said to be a feature of trade. Traders see an increase in production that could more than meet demand. Brazil, Thailand, South Africa and even China see larger crops than previously expected. Rallies appear to be a sale.
