(March 26, 2002) COTTON: Cotton was looking dismal at the end of February, but the bullish seasonal winds of change have come to the rescue. In a general sense, buying pressure should remain dominant through the middle of May and then we will see where it stands. For perspective, a fifty percent retracement of the last leg down will permit nearby cotton to reach 48.40. Buy dips.
