(March 18, 2002) COTTON: Cotton continues more weak than strong. Long July/short December cotton was established at 350 points December premium last month. Carrying charges limit the risk. A 200-point profit objective appears to be viable. Cotton could be another bullish "sleeper" for later in the year.
