800-634-3194(March 14, 2002) COTTON: No news of note. Funds have added to their long positions over the past week, a positive sign. Still, cotton supplies are ample. Traders are also focused on the new Farm Bill in Congress in hopes that a more constructive bill will result in higher prices. For now, a break to near 3680 or so wouldn't be a surprise.
